CODIPRO swivel lifting rings are in accordance with all points of the legislation.

Since 29^th December 2009, a new European directive (2006/42/EC) replaces the directive on machinery (98/37/EC). From now, lifting accessories: chains, ropes, hooks, swivel lifting rings,... must follow the same regulations as machines.

Concretely it means that:

• all lifting accessories have to be marked CE
• a conformance certificate and use recommendation have to be supplied with each delivery
• the manufacturer has to be clearly identified

CODIPRO swivel lifting rings are in accordance with all points of the legislation.

Furthermore, CODIPRO manufactures its swivel lifting rings according to EN1677-1. This means that our swivel lifting rings are in accordance with the essential safety requirements and follow regular, very strict controls.

To offer a better traceability, we do even more by engraving an individual code on each swivel lifting ring.
